- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆For some reason I feel that the people that was at the front desk before had a lot more customer service skills than the new one... needs to concentrate in the customer not in the relative phone call and do not need to be harsh, has to understand that she is there to guide and help the people, seems to have the idea that the old dumb customer has to know all ... again it is call customer service thanksBy A Google User, June 03, 2017
